Counsel, the Contract Analyst plays a key role in reviewing, drafting,
and negotiating a wide range of contracts across Walbec\'s operating
companies. This position supports business partners by balancing legal
risk with practical, business-focused solutions in a fast-paced,
high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and
negotiate a high volume of contracts, including subcontracts, service
and supply agreements, access and material agreements, and equipment
rental agreements Conduct pre-bid and contract risk reviews Draft and
revise agreements using standardized templates Partner with internal
stakeholders to ensure contracts align with operational needs Conduct
legal and regulatory research to support contract interpretation and
risk mitigation Assist in maintaining and improving contract templates
And Processes Qualifications Paralegal Degree Or Certificate, Or
equivalent relevant experience, required 3-5 years of relevant
experience in contract review and drafting Valid driver\'s license and
Satisfactory Driving Record Preferred Skills & Attributes Excellent
written and verbal communication skills Sound judgment and practical
negotiation skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet
deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability
to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DocuSign Familiarity with AI-powered
