What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager – Commercial Interiors position at Construction Irish - USA?
We work with a number of General Contractors across New York City and are consistently hiring Interiors Project Managers — from boutique fit-out firms to national contractors running Class A corporate interiors.
If you're a PM running interiors work in the city and open to hearing what's out there, this is worth a conversation. We handle multiple live searches at any given time and can match you to the right size of company, project type, and comp level rather than pushing one role.

- Corporate interiors and office fit-outs
- Retail, hospitality and amenity spaces
- Base building upgrades and repositioning work
- Project values ranging from $1M to $50M
What we're looking for:
- 5 years managing interiors projects with a GC in the NYC market
- Ownership of budget, schedule, buyout, subcontractor management, and closeout
- Comfortable in a client-facing role with owners, architects, and brokers
- Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred, but strong field-to-office progression is equally valued
- Procore, Bluebeam or similar

Location: New York City (site-based)
Salary: 120k - 200k depending on experience and firm, plus bonus, vehicle/transit allowance and benefits
