We're looking for an experienced residential Framing Foreman to operate an innovative robotic MicroFactory that manufactures wall panels directly on residential jobsites. You'll combine your framing expertise with cutting-edge automation to help builders construct homes faster, more accurately, and with less waste. No robotics experience is required. We'll teach you the technology. You bring the framing knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Operate an advanced automated manufacturing system that produces wall panels on residential construction sites.
- Coordinate daily production with the builder's superintendent and project team.
- Ensure panels are manufactured according to construction schedules and quality standards.
- Review framing plans and understand how panels integrate into the overall build.
- Support framing crews by ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Troubleshoot equipment with support from our engineering team.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Train and collaborate with builders as new projects begin.
- Help improve production processes as we continue transforming residential construction.
What We're Looking For
- Residential framing foreman or framing superintendent experience.
- Strong understanding of residential framing methods and sequencing.
- Comfortable reading construction drawings.
- Leadership experience directing crews on active jobsites.
- Strong communication skills with builders, subcontractors, and homeowners when necessary.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning new technology.
- Enjoy solving problems independently.
