About the Role
Do you enjoy building, solving problems, and working with new technology?
We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who wants to take the next step in their career by operating advanced robotic manufacturing equipment that produces wall panels directly on residential construction sites.

Responsibilities
- Operate robotic manufacturing equipment producing residential wall panels.
- Interpret residential construction plans and production drawings.
- Coordinate daily with builders, site superintendents, and framing contractors.

- Monitor production schedules and prioritize work based on project needs.
- Perform equipment setup, calibration, and basic preventative maintenance.
- Work closely with engineering and technical support to resolve equipment issues.
- Represent our company professionally on active construction sites.
- Continuously improve efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Lead Carpenter, Carpenter Foreman, or Finish Carpenter with residential construction experience.
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Comfortable using tablets, software, and technology.
- Mechanically minded.
- Self-starter who enjoys learning.
What's Different About This Role?
You'll work at the intersection of construction and robotics.
Instead of building one home at a time with traditional methods, you'll operate technology that's redefining residential construction while working alongside builders and framing crews on some of the industry's most innovative projects. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in construction technology—one of the fastest-growing areas of the industry.
