We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and administrative skills. This position performs a wide range of bookkeeping and office support activities to facilitate efficient operation.
In this position, you will be responsible for the following duties including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for essential task relating to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Responsible monthly bank reconciliation
- Payroll entry and processing
- Monthly sales and payroll tax reporting
- Process and verify paperwork for new hires.
- Fleet management
- Fuel tax reporting
- Order supplies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Quick books Online
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
