Job Responsibilities
- Provides part-time, off-site scheduling support for the Construction project, reviewing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules, identifying deficiencies, and supporting the COR with schedule oversight and reporting.
- The Scheduler (CM-SCH) provides remote scheduling expertise for the project, including review of the GC's baseline schedule, monthly schedule updates, and identification of slippages and deficiencies.
- Responsibilities include analyzing short-interval schedules, assisting the COR with schedule-related decisions, contributing to pre-construction submittal reviews, and providing clear, data-driven schedule status updates.
- The Scheduler produces professional-grade schedule reports, supports issue resolution, performs time-impact analyses when required, and ensures schedules reflect accurate progress, delays, and required corrective actions.
- Minimum three (3) years of construction scheduling experience
- Experience preparing, analyzing, and identifying schedule deficiencies
- Must be proficient in Primavera, MS Project, or similar software
- Must submit three past projects of similar scale/difficulty
- Must be a United States Citizen
