Job Responsibilities
- The Project Manager (CM-PM) will be the primary onsite leader responsible for managing all aspects of construction project oversight.
- Duties includes supervising CM contractor staff, directing project execution, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and supporting the COR with schedule, cost, quality, and progress reporting.
- The CM-PM will review submittals and RFIs, participates in weekly meetings, manages documentation, contribute to change management (IGEs, JIS memos, funding documents), and lead inspection and QA teams.
- The CM-PM will ensures contract performance aligns with technical, schedule, and cost objectives and provides decisive direction in multi-disciplinary project management activities.
- The position also supports commissioning, closeout activities, issue resolution, and coordination among GC, AE, CxA, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; or fifteen (15) years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing facility construction projects.
- Proven ability to produce and maintain professional-grade reporting and documentation.
- Critical experience with healthcare and IT facility construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience supervising engineering, design, construction, schedule control, cost management, budgeting, and overall project management.
- Must be a United States Citizen.
