Constellation Search Group is looking for a Manager of Application Delivery for a full-time direct hire position. This role is responsible for collaborating closely with corporate functions teams to deliver digital initiatives that align with strategic business objectives and deliver value for the organization. The position serves as the primary liaison between the Finance, Pricing, and Procurement teams and the IT department. Core responsibilities include managing the application roadmap, gathering requirements, selecting and implementing solutions, and working on enhancements that drive business priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft Financials, Configure/Price/Quote tools, and other financial systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Pricing, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Own the application roadmap by monitoring releases and partnering with the business to prioritize, test, and adopt high-value enhancements and additions.
- Manage relationships with application vendors, oversee vendor performance, SLAs, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Manage and track budget for approved initiatives and report overall project status to the Digital Transformation office.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and data accuracy through automation and system enhancements.
- Coordinate and schedule steering committee meetings for project approvals and updates.
- Lead user acceptance testing, training, and change management for application deployments.
- Monitor and report Targets to Improve metrics, system usage, and feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Assume additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field (required).
- 3 years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP systems (required).
- Experience gathering operational requirements and translating them into technical solutions (required).
- Experience leading applications teams or acting as a functional lead (preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in implementing IT applications (preferred).

Salary : $130,000 - $155,000
