Electrical Assembler

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Machine Wiring Associate for a full-time direct hire position. The Machine Wiring Associate will work hands-on in the electrical field, contributing to the building of reliable, well-crafted automated machinery. This role supports advanced manufacturing by wiring custom automation equipment and maintaining machine documentation. Situated within a dedicated engineering team, this position offers a chance to work in a stable, long-term role, positively impacting the company's manufacturing capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Mount electrical components and wire automated machinery for efficient operation.
• Modify, drill, assemble, and wire control boxes with precision.
• Solder PC boards and cable assemblies, including intricate connectors.
• Update and maintain documentation such as Bills of Materials and electrical drawings.
• Build electrical test fixtures for machine testing and validation.
• Support additional shop and engineering tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of hands-on wiring and soldering experience.
• Basic Windows PC skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
• Comfortable using wire crimping tools and hand tools.
• Ability to read electrical prints and blueprints, with willingness to learn blueprint creation.
