Accounts Receivable Specialist

Constellation Search Group is looking for an AR Specialist for a contract to hire onsite position. The AR Specialist will manage cash applications, customer portals, and Excel functions to support the organization’s financial operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient invoicing processes and accurate financial records. The AR Specialist will collaborate with a team of financial professionals to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute cash application processes, ensuring the accuracy of invoicing and collection activities.
• Utilize customer portals effectively for submitting invoices and retrieving remittance information.
• Handle Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs to maintain accurate financial data.
• Collaborate with the accounting team, including the Controller, Accounting Manager, and other finance members, to optimize financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in cash application processes.
• Experience with customer portals for invoice management.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs.
