About the Role
As Head of Growth, you will own paid acquisition, performance optimization, and channel expansion strategy. You will advise on the media spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms, ensuring every dollar drives measurable and profitable growth.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) while optimizing for ROAS, efficiency, and scalable performance.
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition platforms to diversify customer growth and reduce dependency on core channels.
- Manage contribution margin, first-order profitability, and LTV to align marketing performance with business goals.
- Partner with the creative team to test and iterate on ads, landers, and campaigns rooted in customer insights.
- Oversee media buyers and agency relationships while aligning cross-functional teams around growth priorities.
- Implement attribution and analytics tools to deepen understanding of the customer journey and inform strategy.
- Partner directly with leadership to set growth roadmaps and communicate insights across the organization.
