About Constanellis Aerospace
Constanellis Aerospace is building the first vertically integrated lunar infrastructure company - precision landers (ATLAS), a cislunar communications relay constellation (WIRES), AI-native guidance and operations software (NEXUS), and space-grade manufacturing (FORGE). We exist to make the Moon a reliable destination for science and commerce, and we are moving fast toward CLPS vendor qualification and commercial manifesting.
The Role
The Executive Assistant keeps the CEO's time, communications, travel, and aircraft logistics running flawlessly while helping the company show up in the world. You are the trusted gatekeeper and operational right hand - protecting focus time, orchestrating a complex calendar, coordinating frequent travel and aircraft operations, and supporting community, outreach, and communications. This is a high-trust, wide-ranging role with a front-row seat to building a lunar infrastructure company.
What You'll Do
• Own the calendar: manage a dynamic, high-volume calendar; triage and prioritize; coordinate across time zones; and fiercely protect deep-work blocks.
• Run travel and aircraft operations: plan and manage frequent domestic and international travel, including commercial, charter, and company aircraft; coordinate flight scheduling, crew and ground logistics, itineraries, and expenses.
• Manage communications: monitor and triage email, draft replies, and ensure timely follow-up on the CEO's behalf.
• Support meetings and events: prepare agendas and briefing materials; capture notes and action items; and coordinate attendance at industry trade shows and exclusive networking events.
• Lead community engagement and STEM outreach: help coordinate volunteering, K-12 STEM programs, and community partnerships that inspire the next generation of space talent.
• Support PR, communications, and social media: help draft and schedule content, coordinate press and event communications, and keep the company's voice consistent.
• Protect confidentiality: handle sensitive investor, personnel, and technical information with absolute discretion.
What You'll Bring
• 3 years supporting a senior executive or founder, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Elite organization and attention to detail - nothing falls through the cracks.
• Experience coordinating complex executive travel and logistics; comfort managing aircraft operations and flight scheduling is a strong plus.
• Strong writing and communications instincts, including comfort with social media and PR.
• Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure; you anticipate needs before they are voiced.
• A genuine passion for aviation; space enthusiasts are especially encouraged to apply.
• Tech-fluent with calendar tools, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, and travel/expense platforms.
Why You'll Love It
• Opportunity to earn your pilot's license, sponsored by the company.
• Attend industry trade shows and exclusive, invitation-only networking events across the aerospace and space sector.
• Help shape community and K-12 STEM initiatives that inspire future engineers and explorers.
• A front-row seat to building the company defining lunar infrastructure, in direct partnership with the founder.
