Job Description
Our client, a leading global company, is hiring a temporary contract specialist to provide assistance to the company’s North American legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with other members of the North American legal team and business leaders to draft, review, monitor, and coordinate commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, procurement agreements, government contracts and SLAs.
- Interact with the legal team and other business leaders and managers within the organization to ensure timely and accurate contract preparation, proper documentation, and problem resolution
- Identify incorrect, inconsistent, and incomplete data entries in the designated contract management system (and on assigned requests)
- Communicate regularly with the legal and business teams
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary
Qualifications
- 3-5 years hands on experience with contract management
- In-house legal experience preferred but not required
