REMOTE Contract Litigation Attorney (Associate level)

A prestigious trial boutique law firm in DC is seeking a fully remote former AmLaw Associate to assist on a contract, hourly basis. DETAILS:

FULLY REMOTE

$75/hour plus OT if worked

Barred anywhere in the US, active, in good standing

Estimated duration: at least 6-12 months. 

Hours per week: 30-40hours/week

OT at T 1⁄2 after 40 hours in one week

The firm represents the largest corporations in the world in high stakes trials

Experience Required:

Recent defense litigation for AmLaw100 firm as an Associate and/or former AUSA attorneys, or former clerks

Substantive experience with trial preparation, deposition preparation

Substantive legal research and drafting experience

Tasks:

Custodial searches in prep for depositions

Review, search, analyze, summarize broad themes found in discovery

Assemble modules, draft memos, perform detailed, complex legal research

Perform substantive associate level work

Substantive litigation, this is NOT traditional contract attorney document review work
