We're looking for an experienced Water Resources Department Lead to help grow and lead our Water Resources team across Southeastern Virginia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader who enjoys developing teams, building client relationships, and delivering impactful water resources projects throughout the region.
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow the Water Resources Department.
- Manage stormwater, drainage, floodplain, and H&H projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor and develop engineers.
- Support business development and help expand the team's presence across Southeastern Virginia.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- 10 years of water resources experience.
- Strong background in stormwater, drainage, hydrology, hydraulics, and permitting.
- Previous leadership and business development experience.
