This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with 5 years of experience managing mid- to high-rise projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in concrete construction and has successfully delivered projects valued at $10M .
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager
- Experience with mid- or high-rise commercial construction
- Strong concrete construction knowledge and field coordination experience
- Proven success managing projects with budgets of $10M or more
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
