Position Summary:
- seeking TRAVELING Superintendents to oversee construction operations on-site.
- candidate must have experience in commercial/retail construction, ground-up
- This is a traveling role, with projects located across the mid-west to east coast
- ProCore experience preferred
- Project locations in areas such as: FL, GA, VA, IL, MD, Carolinas
A MUST:
- multi-family construction:3 yrs preferred with a GC on ALF, Hotels, or Apt. Complexes
OR
- retail construction: 3 yrs- big box/white box, distribution centers, retail facilities, QSR, etc.
