We are seeking an experienced Civil/Site Project Manager (P.E.) to lead the planning, design, and delivery of land development projects throughout Maryland. This role is ideal for a motivated engineering professional who excels at managing projects, leading teams, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil/site development projects from concept through construction.
- Oversee site layout, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and permitting efforts.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure designs comply with local, county, and state regulations.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
- Support business development and client relationship management activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- 8 years of civil/site design and project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of land development, stormwater management, grading, and utility design.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
