What You’ll Do
- Manage structural engineering for a wide range of building projects across commercial, mixed-use, educational, and institutional sectors
- Produce detailed design calculations, technical specifications, and construction documents in compliance with IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI standards
- Conduct structural analysis and modeling using RAM Structural System, ETABS, SAFE, and ADAPT
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and lead field observation visits during construction administration
- Collaborate closely with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and developers
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience focused on vertical building design
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- EIT certification required, PE license preferred
- Proficiency in Revit (structural discipline), AutoCAD, and major structural design software
- Demonstrated experience delivering full structural design packages for buildings
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams
