What you'll be doing:
- Leading structural projects from concept through construction
- Performing and overseeing structural design, analysis, and detailing
- Coordinating with drafting teams, architects, contractors, and clients
- Managing project schedules, deliverables, and technical quality
- Attending client meetings and site visits
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
What we're looking for:
- Active PE license required
- Strong background in building design across multiple material types
- Experience managing structural projects and client relationships
- Proficiency in Revit Structure preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
