We are looking for a Construction Estimator in Sarasota for a mid-sized commercial general contractor.
The team is a mid-sized general contractor established in the late 80's covering a variety of projects including:
- Churches
- Banks
- Assisted Living
- Gas Stations
- Healthcare
- Multi-Family
- Education
- Retail
- Offices
- Industrial
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cost estimates for new construction and renovation projects.
- Prepare schematic and design development budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope details.
- Present estimates and budget analyses to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
- Experience bidding on one of the above project types
- Preferably experience in New Construction & Renovation projects
