In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Responsibilities Assemble and solder PCB components according to specifications and schematics.Conduct testing and troubleshooting of PCBs to ensure functionality and quality.Utilize various tools and equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering stations.Document and maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. Qualifications Associate degree in Electronics Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience in PCB assembly and soldering techniques.Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit design.Familiarity with testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
