Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment
- Perform product assembly, testing, and quality inspections
- Work with engineering teams on equipment setup and calibration
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Conduct root cause investigations and process improvements
- Perform rework and quality testing on components and assemblies
- Support engineering experiments and operational improvements
- Maintain accurate production and inventory documentation
- Complete work orders and data entry using internal systems
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of manufacturing or technician experience preferred
- Experience working with complex equipment or technical processes
- Ability to read and follow written procedures and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) is a plus
- Knowledge of ESD handling practices is beneficial
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in clean room or controlled environments
- Exposure to mechanical equipment and moderate noise levels
- Safety shoes required in designated areas
- May work around high-voltage electronics and specialized equipment
