Job Title: Electromechanical (E/M) AssemblerPay Rate: $19.00–$20.00 per hourLocation: Worcester, MASchedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (7:00am–3:30pm)Job Type: Temp-to-HireJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will solder and assemble a variety of electromechanical components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance and business need.Key ResponsibilitiesHand-solder and assemble electronic and electromechanical components.Use hand tools and production equipment to build and test parts according to written specifications and procedures.Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.Report assembly issues to the production supervisor.Perform repairs or rework as needed.Maintain a clean workstation and properly care for tools and equipment.Execute other related duties as assigned.RequirementsHand soldering experience required; candidates must pass an onsite soldering assessment.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Ability to read and understand simple fabrication procedures and wiring diagrams.Strong manual dexterity and comfort working with small components.Must be able to communicate effectively in English.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.Education & ExperienceNo formal degree required.0–1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment helpful.Prior soldering experience or training preferred.Working Conditions & Physical RequirementsExtended periods of sitting at a workbench performing repetitive tasks.Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs and routine movement between workstations.Requires sustained visual concentration for inspecting and assembling components.Some areas of the facility may not be climate controlled.Exposure to minor hazards such as heat, dust, or small manufacturing tools.
