Contract Snapshot Open-ended contract | Southborough, MAPay: $20.00 per hourIdeal start: MondayOvertime: As required to meet production targets Day in the Life You’ll begin your shift by reviewing work orders with the Production/Shipping Supervisor. From there, you’ll move through the full order lifecycle—strictly following established processes—configuring systems, performing complex electro-mechanical assemblies, conducting inspections, and preparing kits for shipment. You’ll load required software, verify results, and keep every step documented and on track.When something could delay a customer’s order, you’ll raise the flag immediately and collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders until the issue is resolved and the order ships. What You’ll Do Execute system configuration, complex electro-mechanical assembly, inspection, and kitting on customer orders.Load software images and validate successful installs.Follow all applicable procedures throughout the entire order process.Identify and escalate any order-impacting issues; partner with responsible parties through resolution and shipment.Report directly to the Production/Shipping Supervisor. What You Bring High energy, self-motivated approach with strong ownership of results.Exceptional manual dexterity and keen attention to detail.Comfort working OT when needed to hit production goals.High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
