Position OverviewThis role operates within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards, maintaining product quality, and adhering to safety protocols. The position requires excellent hand-eye coordination due to the small-scale nature of our products. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on role within the pharmaceutical industry.Primary ResponsibilitiesExecute manufacturing batch records and protocols in accordance with GMP standards and company procedures.Accurately document all production activities and maintain associated quality records in compliance with GMP regulations.Review and verify production records and logbooks for accuracy and completeness.Perform routine cleaning activities and maintain logs for manufacturing areas and equipment.Guide other associates as needed.Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments within the company.Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment per established procedures. Required Skills & KnowledgeStrong attention to detail.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.Experience in manufacturing and laboratory safety.Previous experience with medical device assemblyFamiliarity with automated systems and processes (preferred).Ability to lift and move equipment up to 25 lbs. QualificationsEducation:High School Diploma required. Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment, in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
