Job Title: Device Assembler (3 Openings)Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hourLocation: Northbridge, MA (onsite)Duration: 3–6 Month ContractShift: 1st Shift — 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (30-minute break); overtime possibleStart Dates: 12/15 or 1/5Screening: Background check required; no drug test.Position OverviewThe Device Assembler will work in a regulated, GMP-compliant environment, performing hands-on assembly of small components. This role requires precision, strong attention to detail, and prior experience in GMP settings within biotech, pharma, or medical device industries. Candidates must feel comfortable performing manual assembly work; microscope use is no longer required, as digital systems are being implemented.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly tasks following approved manufacturing batch records and GMP protocolsAccurately document production activities and maintain associated quality recordsReview and verify production records and logbooks for accuracy and completenessConduct routine cleaning activities and maintain required logsProvide assistance or guidance to other team members as neededCollaborate with internal teams to support manufacturing operationsOperate and maintain manufacturing equipment per established proceduresRequired Skills & KnowledgeStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to work effectively within a team environmentKnowledge of manufacturing and laboratory safety practicesPrevious hands-on assembly experience, ideally with medical devicesFamiliarity with automated or digital assembly systems (preferred)Ability to lift up to 25 lbsQualificationsEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:2–5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment (biotech, pharma, or medical device required)
