Customer Service Representative
Duration: Temp to Perm
Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm
· Previous Customer Service experience, answering phones
· Previous experience with the GP system a plus
· Previous experience in customer service, answering phones, etc.
· ALL candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (THC ok)
· Cannot work outside of department scheduled hours (listed above)
· All candidates must have longevity
Job Summary:
Individual is responsible for processing communication headset orders and taking incoming telephone calls from our customers.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
· Process new Purchase Orders.
· Answer general end-user and dealer questions such as: Product information, Price and availability, technical assistance, Product Complaint, Repair procedure/address, Repair status request.
· Answer customer questions and assist with finding the correct product needed for their application.
· Interact with Sales, Production & Inventory Control, Accounting, Engineering, and Shipping Departments on a daily basis to satisfy our customers’ needs.
· Provide Return Authorization numbers to customers returning product for credit.
· Coordinate Demo Loaner and Shipping Papers.
· Track packages or give tracking numbers.
· Assist walk-in customers.
· Other duties as required.
Level of Responsibility:
· Employee works under general supervision.
· Employee has little or no decision-making responsibility.
· The employee has little or no impact on the decisions of others.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
· None
Required Skills/ Abilities:
· Previous customer service experience is a plus.
· Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
· Position requires employees to utilize and understand simple formatting and use of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Salary : $24 - $25
