Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and set up computers and workstations (training provided)
- Perform routine, repeatable technical tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Manage and track IT inventory, including PCs and related equipment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing hardware assets
- Provide basic desktop support, including troubleshooting printers and peripherals
- Follow documented procedures and instructions to complete assigned tasks
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing IT operations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or related field
- CompTIA A certification preferred, but not required for strong candidates
- Strong ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a structured environment
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with bending, standing, and moving equipment (e.g., rolling carts).
Salary : $22 - $24
