Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results

• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans

• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on student needs

• Provide crisis intervention and de‑escalation support

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student wellbeing

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Facilitate social skills and coping skill groups

• Advise on accommodations and educational placements

• Participate in school counseling and behavioral support initiatives
