Production Associate – Beverage Manufacturing

Connect Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a beverage manufacturing facility in Buena Park, CA. These are temp positions paying $18/hr on a Monday–Friday day shift. In this role, you will load and unload bottles and raw materials, inspect products for defects and labeling errors, and package and palletize finished goods on a bottling and packaging line. There are 3–5 openings available, so qualified candidates can expect to move through the process quickly. Temporary for 1 Month.

Schedule:Mon–Fri 7:00am–3:30pm; Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

• Work on a beverage bottling and packaging line performing manual production tasks throughout the shift. You'll also:
• Support machine operators with line setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect bottles and finished products for defects, leaks, and labeling errors
• Package and label finished goods and build pallets for outbound shipment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with GMP standards
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures on the production floor

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods — up to 8 hours per shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on a bottling, filling, or packaging line
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or food safety standards
• Experience with product inspection, quality checks, or defect identification
• Experience building and wrapping pallets for shipment
• Comfort working around production machinery and conveyors
• Preferred prior job titles: Production Associate, Production Worker, Packaging Associate, Assembly Line Worker, Warehouse Associate, General Laborer, Machine Operator Assistant, Line Operator, Bottling Associate, Manufacturing Associate

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to work at a fast pace and meet production quotas
• Non-slip shoes required (employee-provided)
• Drug screen required
• Background check required
