Requirements For Onsite Talent Coordinator
- 1–2 years of recent recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized, driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable maintaining a visible presence on the production floor when engaging employee teams
- Prior experience in roles such as Staffing Coordinator, Recruiter, HR Assistant, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or Scheduling Coordinator is a big plus!

- Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates for light industrial production roles
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet daily and forecasted staffing needs
- Conduct orientations, safety briefings, and assist with first-day coordination
- Support employees with scheduling, attendance management, and performance check-ins
- Maintain regular visibility on the production floor to promote engagement and retention
- Assist with onboarding tasks including I-9 completion and compliance documentation
- Partner closely with supervisors and department leaders to review staffing plans
- Provide proactive staffing solutions related to turnover, attendance, and productivity
- Track and report key metrics such as fill rates, retention, and productivity compliance
- Ensure all staffing and associate activities comply with FDA, OSHA, and food-safety standards
