MINIMUM 1–3 YEARS OF RECENT RECRUITING EXPERIENCEConnect Staffing is seeking an experienced Onsite Recruiter to support recruiting operations in La Mirada, CA. This role focuses on sourcing qualified candidates, maintaining active waitlists, managing multiple job orders, and providing strong onsite client support to ensure consistent staffing success.Schedule: Monday–Friday 8hr, with occasional Sunday work as needed to support urgent client or recruiting needs.Requirements for Onsite Recruiter:• 1–3 years of recent recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial, logistics, or manufacturing staffing.• Strong understanding of ATS systems (TempWorks preferred).• Experience using ADP for onboarding or employee management strongly preferred.• Experience with AI-driven recruiting tools and analytics is a plus, but not required.• Proven ability to manage multiple job orders simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.• Ability to build and maintain an active waitlist of pre-screened candidates ready for immediate placement.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.• Familiarity with major sourcing platforms, including Facebook, Craigslist, LinkedIn, and Indeed.• Fluent in Spanish and English.• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.• Prior experience in roles such as Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Staffing Specialist, HR Assistant, Staffing Coordinator, or Sourcing Specialist is a big plus!Benefits of the Onsite Recruiter:• Health and dental benefits available• CalSavers retirement program available• Earn referral bonusesResponsibilities of the Onsite Recruiter:• Use ATS tools, ADP, and recruiting technology to source, track, and onboard candidates.• Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, and community outreach.• Write effective job descriptions using company templates and client-provided information.• Match each job order with the best sourcing channel and adjust strategies as needed.• Build and maintain an active waitlist of qualified candidates to ensure fast order fulfillment.• Develop targeted sourcing campaigns for the local Spanish-speaking workforce using Spanish-language job boards, Facebook groups, WhatsApp, churches, and community organizations.• Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.• Step in on urgent or difficult orders to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.• Identify recruiting bottlenecks and adjust sourcing strategies to improve efficiency.• Provide staffing updates, candidate submittals, and assignment follow-ups to client contacts.• Conduct regular check-ins with client supervisors and HR partners to confirm satisfaction with placements and identify upcoming staffing needs.• Address and escalate client concerns when appropriate to maintain strong relationships.• Support occasional Sunday recruiting or onboarding needs.• Ensure compliance with all recruiting processes and documentation standards.All candidates meeting the minimum requirements will receive an SMS invite to an AI-based interview.
