Connect Staffing is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for a food production and warehouse facility in Buena Park, CA. This is a temp-to-hire overnight position paying $20.90/hr. In this role, you will operate a sit-down forklift for 6 hours per shift to move materials throughout the facility and drive a company flatbed truck to transport ingredients between two facilities. This is a steady Monday–Friday night schedule with consistent hours.
Pay: $20.90/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; mandatory Saturdays when scheduled

Responsibilities
• Operate a sit-down forklift for 6 hours per shift to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the food production facility.
• Drive a company flatbed truck between the W1 and W2 facilities to transport ingredients and materials.
• Load and unload materials safely using the forklift.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the company flatbed truck.
• Assist with manual handling of bulk ingredient bags and other materials.
• Follow food production facility protocols for safe material movement and storage.
Minimum Requirements
• 1 year of sit-down forklift operation experience.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR required for company insurance eligibility).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience operating a forklift for extended periods (6 hours per shift) in a warehouse or production environment.
• Experience driving a flatbed truck or similar company vehicle between job sites or facilities.
• Background in food production, food manufacturing, or food distribution environments.
• Familiarity with safe material handling practices for bulk ingredient bags or heavy goods.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
