Jail Sanitizing Technician – 2nd Shift

Location: Houston, TX
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends Required

We are hiring dependable and hardworking individuals to provide cleaning and sanitizing services in a correctional facility. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the facility.

No direct contact with inmates is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and equipment
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning or janitorial experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License or Texas State-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must be able to pass the required criminal background check for facility clearance
• Must be willing to wait for the facility's security clearance process, as it may take several weeks before your start date
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
