Duties
- Drive a custom-built can cleaning truck to scheduled stops
- Sanitize trash and recycling cans at our clients' homes and businesses
- Use our professional equipment to deliver customer satisfaction
- Capture photos and complete quick job notes using our app
- Provide friendly, professional service
Experience
1. Work Experience:
- No formal industry experience explicitly required (entry-level friendly).
2. Skills & Competencies:
- Driving experience – must be able to safely operate a custom-built service truck and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Independence and reliability – experience working unsupervised or managing daily routes is a plus.
- Customer service – experience interacting professionally with clients or the public.
- Basic technology use – familiarity with mobile apps for photos and job notes.
- Mechanical or equipment handling – ability to use cleaning or sanitizing equipment safely and effectively.
3. Work Style Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently without direct supervision.
- Comfortable with all season outdoor, physical work (cleaning, sanitizing, lifting, and moving bins).
- Previous experience in driving service vehicles. Must be able to navigate proficiently and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
