Connect Staffing is hiring a Racker Packer Masker for a powder coating facility in Anaheim, CA. This is a temp-to-hire evening position paying $17.40/hr. In this role, you will mask metal parts per specifications, rack and unrack parts through the powder coating process, and pack finished products for shipment.
Pay: $17.40/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Mask metal parts according to specifications to prepare surfaces for powder coating.
- Lift and place parts onto racks before coating and remove them after the process is complete.
- Pack finished, coated products for outbound shipment.
- Assist with unloading incoming parts and organizing them in the work area.
- Sweep and clean the work area to maintain a safe and orderly production floor.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of recent general labor experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a powder coating, paint, or finishing environment.
- Familiarity with masking, taping, or surface prep work on metal parts.
- Experience racking, unracking, or hanging parts for a coating or plating process.
- Background in packaging or preparing finished goods for shipment.
- Experience on an assembly or production line in a light manufacturing setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Pre-Employment Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
