Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join a fast-paced fabrication and manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing electrical systems and industrial fabrication equipment.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and experienced working with industrial machinery and high-voltage electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and fabrication equipment
• Work with PLCs, VFDs, motors, relays, sensors, control panels, and switches
• Maintain and repair CNC machines, welders, presses, plasma tables, cranes, and compressors
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Install and modify conduit, disconnects, wiring, electrical panels, and machine components
• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot control circuits, transformers, contactors, and motor starters
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and company safety policies
• Support production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Industrial Electrician, Maintenance Electrician, or Electrical Technician
• Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial machinery and control systems
• Experience working with high-voltage and 480V three-phase systems preferred
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and VFD systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety practices
• Ability to work independently and safely in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work around industrial machinery
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around noise, dust, sparks, heat, and moving equipment
• Ability to safely work around energized and de-energized systems
