Responsibilities
- Perform general yard cleanup and housekeeping duties
- Pick up and dispose of trash, debris, and scrap materials
- Sort and move metal and other materials as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with general labor tasks throughout the yard
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both languages
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Previous general labor, warehouse, construction, or yard experience is a plus but not required
