Schedule:

Monday–Friday

• 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM OR

• 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Overtime required as needed

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Handheld Grinder Operator to join our growing team! If you have experience working with steel and plate materials and take pride in producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you.

 Responsibilities:

Operate large handheld grinders on steel and plate materials

Grind, smooth, and finish metal surfaces to precise specifications

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy

Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment

Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Support fabrication and production teams as needed

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (Required)

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience using handheld grinders in an industrial setting

Experience working with steel and plate materials

Must know how to operate a forklift

Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications

Strong mechanical aptitude

Stable work history

High attention to detail and safety

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work overtime
