Forklift Operator (Double Pallet) 3rd Shift

Connect Staffing is hiring an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator for a beverage manufacturing facility in San Bernardino, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $19/hr on a Monday–Friday overnight shift. In this role, you will operate a sit-down forklift with a double pallet attachment to load and unload trucks and transport raw materials to production lines. Overtime of up to 2 hours per shift is often required, so this role offers consistent additional earning potential. For candidates who've never operated a double-pallet attachment, this is a great opportunity to advance your skills.

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 aM; up to 2 hours of overtime per shift required

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift with a double pallet attachment to load and unload trucks and move raw materials throughout the facility.
• Transport raw materials to and from production lines using a propane-powered sit-down forklift.
• Use a forklift-mounted VMU (vehicle mount unit) to complete warehouse tasks in SAP.
• Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and follow propane tank safety protocols.
• Manually lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• 1 years of recent experience operating a sit-down forklift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating propane-powered forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with beverage, food, or consumer goods manufacturing operations.
• Experience completing warehouse transactions in SAP or a similar warehouse management system (WMS).
• Prior experience loading and unloading trucks with heavy or oversized pallet configurations.
• Experience with a double pallet (double fork) attachment.
• Knowledge of pre-shift equipment inspection procedures and forklift safety protocols.
• Ability to navigate and complete tasks in SAP using a VMU or similar warehouse system.
