Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Sales Representative to support both inside and outside sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales while gaining hands-on experience in customer service, business development, and field sales.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the office handling calls and follow-ups, as well as going out into the field to meet clients, generate new business, and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales Duties

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries

• Follow up on leads, quotes, and existing accounts

• Maintain and update customer records

• Provide product/service information and support

• Assist with order processing and coordination

Outside Sales Duties

• Generate new business through cold calling, site visits, and networking

• Visit job sites and client locations to promote services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Conduct in-person presentations and service introductions

• Identify new opportunities within the construction and safety industry

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with basic marketing and outreach efforts

• Support overall sales team goals and company growth

• Represent the company professionally in both office and field settings

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)

• Entry-level – no prior experience required (training provided)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with both office work and fieldwork

• Self-motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented

• Reliable transportation (preferred for client visits)

• Basic computer skills

Compensation

• $12.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience)
