Connect Staffing is hiring an experienced Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker for a building materials distribution company in Mira Loma, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $20/hr with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime. In this role, you will drive delivery trucks and vans to make product deliveries and also work inside the distribution center loading, unloading, and stocking inventory. Start times can be as early as 2am on some days, so schedule flexibility is required.

Responsibilities
- Drive delivery trucks and vans to deliver building materials to customer locations, following all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently at each stop and upon return to the facility.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory in the distribution center.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection checks, including fluid levels and tire pressure.
- Complete general warehouse tasks such as housekeeping and assisting with special projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 year of recent delivery driving experience operating trucks or vans.
- Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering building materials, lumber, hardware, or other heavy construction products.
- Familiarity with route delivery in the Inland Empire or greater Southern California area.
- Experience receiving and stocking inventory in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to read and use delivery manifests, packing slips, or basic warehouse documentation.
- Experience with pallet jacks or hand trucks for moving heavy materials.

Pre-Employment Requirements

- Must communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Steel toe boots required (employee-provided).
