Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, plus mandatory OT and Saturdays

Responsibilities
- Set up the casting line by loading raw materials (resin, additives) and adjusting machine parameters including temperature, speed, and tension.
- Inspect vinyl film during production for defects such as bubbles, wrinkles, and inconsistencies in thickness or color.
- Make real-time adjustments to machine settings to maintain output quality and meet production specifications.
- Move raw materials and finished rolls of vinyl throughout the production area.
- Communicate with supervisors and quality control technicians to keep production running efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 months of recent general labor or machine operator experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating production or converting machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes such as identifying film defects or dimensional inconsistencies.
- Experience handling rolls of material or working with web-fed or continuous-feed production lines.
- Background in plastics, film, or vinyl manufacturing.
- High school diploma or GED.

Pre-Employment Requirements
