Review Vendor Statements, ensuring all invoices are in both Descartes and Bill.com and the amounts are
correct.
Review invoices sent to Bill.com email and create bill. Ensure the invoice is in Descartes.
Create Vendors in Bill.com. Add billing information.
Create Vendors in Descartes as needed.
Discuss with Accounting Manager payments needed.
Mark invoices paid in Descartes after processed in Bill.com.
Process monthly online payments.
Expectations:
Timely communication and response times to inquiries
Understand and deliver company objectives and core values
Communicate with manager when process changes may need to occur
Be part of a team that people want to stay on, and others want to join
Be present, on time, and prepared for daily assignments
Professionally address challenges, problems, or obstacles
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in accounting roles
High School Diploma
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational, problem solving and time management skills
Efficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good computer and tech skills
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
