Connect Staffing is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for an aluminum forging manufacturer in Santa Ana, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $25/hr. In this role, you will sort, code, and match invoices using three-way match, enter and upload invoices into the accounting system, and reconcile accounts payable transactions. This is a long-term placement with a well-established manufacturer that offers an exceptional benefits package upon hire.

Responsibilities
- Create purchase order receipts and support the purchasing desk with AP-related documentation.
- Flag and clarify unusual or questionable invoice items, prices, or discrepancies.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track expenses and process expense reports.
- Assist with full month-end close, including pre-paid analysis, accruals, and intercompany reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate vendor files, historical records, and provide supporting documentation for audits.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years of accounts payable experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
- Familiarity with three-way match processes (purchase order, receiving document, and invoice).
- Experience processing expense reports and supporting month-end close activities.
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or production accounting environments.
- Exposure to intercompany reconciliation or vendor management workflows.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
