We are seeking a Senior Litigation Docketing Specialist with 5–7 years of docketing experience for an opportunity with a top law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Review legal documents to extract and docket critical dates in CompuLaw; manually calculate dates as needed.
- Maintain accurate matter data and generate reports for the litigation team.
- Communicate with courts, attorneys, and staff to obtain information and resolve issues.
- Develop procedures and reference materials for various jurisdictions.
- Stay current on court rules and procedures, providing training to staff as needed.
- Support department initiatives and onboarding of new docketing staff.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience with rule-based docketing systems (CompuLaw, CourtAlert, or eDockets).
- Proficient in Aderant CompuLaw and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and court rules.
- Excellent reading, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relativity Certified Administrator credential preferred.
