A well-respected law firm is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant to provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys across multiple practice areas. While this position sits within the Tax Litigation group, the role functions primarily as a shared resource, assisting various attorneys with overflow work and supporting a broad range of litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and other client-related materials.
- Assist with state and federal court filings, including e-filing procedures.
- Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Support litigation matters through document management, case organization, and trial preparation assistance.
- Maintain client files, track deadlines, and assist with time entry and billing-related tasks.
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and vendors while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Provide overflow and administrative support to attorneys across various practice groups as needed.
Qualifications:
- Approximately 3 years of law firm experience, preferably supporting litigation attorneys.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
