About the Position

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills to support daily shipping and receiving operations. This position combines administrative work, email communication, driver check-in, shipment paperwork, and hands-on warehouse support.

Responsibilities

• Check in truck drivers and collect shipment paperwork.

• Prepare pre-receiving documentation and receipts before cargo is unloaded.

• Provide receiving personnel with the documents needed to process incoming shipments.

• Confirm which cargo outbound drivers are collecting and retrieve the corresponding paperwork.

• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to support accurate receiving and pickups.

• Monitor and respond to emails, organize requests, and follow up on pending items.

• Enter shipment information and maintain accurate electronic and paper records.

• Assist with labeling cargo and taking photos for shipment documentation.

• Communicate missing paperwork or shipment discrepancies to the appropriate team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a similar role preferred.

• Strong computer, email, and data entry skills; Microsoft Outlook experience preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate professionally with drivers and warehouse personnel.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse and assisting with hands-on duties.

• Must successfully pass the TSA background screening required for this assignment.
