I am looking to hire a full-time Senior Accountant for a reputable manufacturing company here in Waukesha, WI (53188). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview right away!
Pay: $60k - $70k Benefits
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays
Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm (flexible)

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post complex journal entries, including accruals, inventory adjustments
- Manage fixed assets, sales and use tax, supplier advances, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Analyze account variances and trends to management
- Support annual external audits
- Collaborate with AR/AP
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Operations, Project Management)
- Process improvements
- Mentor and train AP/AR Specialists to strengthen team capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Manufacturing Experience
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
